Learning today, leading tomorrow

At My Little Angels, our philosophy is built on respect, inclusion, and a love of learning, empowering every child to grow with confidence, creativity, and connection.

At My Little Angels, we believe every child is capable, curious, and full of potential. Our philosophy is built on nurturing strong foundations in learning, relationships, and community, creating an environment where children feel a true sense of belonging, being, and becoming.

We see children as competent, capable, and active learners who play a vital role in shaping their own development. Our flexible centre environments are designed to support choice, independence, and exploration.

Guided by the National Early Years Learning Framework, our curriculum embeds the principles of Belonging, Being and Becoming into daily practice. Through play-based learning, educators create meaningful experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, and collaboration — allowing children to explore, discover, imagine, and grow at their own pace.

We celebrate diversity and welcome all children, families, and cultures. Every child deserves equal access and respect, regardless of ability, background, or beliefs.

Our educators work closely with families and specialist services to create inclusive environments where all children can participate, thrive, and feel supported — both at the centre and at home.

Our service is deeply connected to the community. We embrace traditions, celebrate diversity, and create opportunities for children to engage with the world around them.

We respectfully acknowledge the Bidjigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which we learn and play. Embedding Indigenous culture and supporting reconciliation is central to our practice, ensuring children learn from and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and knowledge.

We believe families are a child’s first and most important teachers. At My Little Angels, we create strong, respectful, and collaborative partnerships with families, ensuring they feel valued and involved in their child’s journey.

By working together, we celebrate each family’s diversity and embed their values, culture, and knowledge into our curriculum — fostering a genuine sense of belonging.

We are committed to continuous improvement. By actively seeking input and feedback from families, educators, and the community, we ensure our service remains responsive, high quality, and forward-thinking.

Strong, secure relationships form the foundation for confident learners. Our educators focus on building trusting attachments, enabling children to feel safe and supported as they explore their environment and connect with others.

Staffing and rostering are thoughtfully planned to ensure continuity of care, allowing children to build lasting bonds with familiar, caring educators.

At My Little Angels, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. Our educators are trained in child protection, first aid, and emergency procedures, and we follow clear policies and reporting requirements to keep children safe at all times. We maintain strict supervision, promote respect and inclusion, and work in partnership with families and the community, recognising that protecting children is a shared responsibility.

We believe in shaping a generation that cares for the world around them. Sustainability is embedded into our daily practices, teaching children the importance of respecting and protecting the environment.

From using natural and open-ended materials to exploring outdoor spaces and engaging in eco-friendly practices, children develop the values and habits that will help create a brighter, greener future.

At My Little Angels, we are dedicated to raising confident, resilient, and self-directed individuals. By providing enriching, play-based experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment, we prepare children to thrive — both today and in the future.
